Wheat flour, water, rye flour (18%), yeast, rye meal (2%), vinegar, iodised salt, wheat gluten, canola oil, cultured wheat flour, soy flour, malted barley flour, vegetable emulsifiers (481, 471, 472e), vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).

Made on a line that also produces products containing sesame seeds.
