Falafel Wrap
A loaded lunch wrap full of colour and flavour...this Falafel Wrap is perfect for those veggie loving vegetarians!


  • Helga's Soft White Wrap
  • Hummus
  • Heirloom Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Parsley
  • Falafels
  • Feta


  1. Slice the heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers thinly.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the fresh parsley leaves.
  3. If using store-bought falafels, follow the package instructions to cook them. If making homemade falafels, prepare them according to your recipe.
  4. Spread a generous layer of hummus in the center of the wrap.
  5. Place slices of heirloom tomato and cucumber over the hummus.
  6. Add a few fresh parsley leaves on top of the veggies.
  7. Crumble or slice the falafels and distribute them evenly among the wraps.
  8. Place the feta on top of the falafels.
  9. Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center.
  10. Roll the wrap tightly from the bottom, tucking in the ingredients as you roll, to form a secure wrap.
