A loaded lunch wrap full of colour and flavour...this Falafel Wrap is perfect for those veggie loving vegetarians!
Ingredients
- Helga's Soft White Wrap
- Hummus
- Heirloom Tomato
- Cucumber
- Parsley
- Falafels
- Feta
Method
- Slice the heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers thinly.
- Rinse and pat dry the fresh parsley leaves.
- If using store-bought falafels, follow the package instructions to cook them. If making homemade falafels, prepare them according to your recipe.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus in the center of the wrap.
- Place slices of heirloom tomato and cucumber over the hummus.
- Add a few fresh parsley leaves on top of the veggies.
- Crumble or slice the falafels and distribute them evenly among the wraps.
- Place the feta on top of the falafels.
- Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center.
- Roll the wrap tightly from the bottom, tucking in the ingredients as you roll, to form a secure wrap.
