BBQ Chicken Wrap

A classic wrap with tender chicken, crispy iceberg lettuce, sweet cherry tomatoes, all brought together by the tangy kick of peri peri aioli. A quick and easy meal prep for work!
Ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast, grilled or cooked and sliced
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- Peri peri aioli
- 1 Helga's White Wrap
Method
- Marinate your preferred way and cook the chicken breasts on a BBQ or pan until fully cooked. Slice them into thin strips.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Shred the iceberg lettuce and slice the avocado.
- Spread a generous amount of peri peri aioli over the center of the wrap.
- Place a handful of shredded iceberg lettuce over the aioli on each wrap.
- Add the sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
- Arrange the sliced avocado over the tomatoes.
- Place the sliced, cooked chicken evenly over the avocado.
- Roll the wrap tightly and enjoy.
