BBQ Chicken Wrap

Chicken Wrap

A classic wrap with tender chicken, crispy iceberg lettuce, sweet cherry tomatoes, all brought together by the tangy kick of peri peri aioli. A quick and easy meal prep for work!

Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast, grilled or cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • Peri peri aioli
  • 1 Helga's White Wrap

Method

  1. Marinate your preferred way and cook the chicken breasts on a BBQ or pan until fully cooked. Slice them into thin strips.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Shred the iceberg lettuce and slice the avocado.
  4. Spread a generous amount of peri peri aioli over the center of the wrap.
  5. Place a handful of shredded iceberg lettuce over the aioli on each wrap.
  6. Add the sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  7. Arrange the sliced avocado over the tomatoes.
  8. Place the sliced, cooked chicken evenly over the avocado.
  9. Roll the wrap tightly and enjoy.
