Our Ingredients

All Helga's products are baked with Australian produced wheat flour - there are no animal products (including insects) used in the production of our breads and wraps. 

Our products comply with labelling requirements prescribed by the Food Standards Code, which require the listing of all ingredients used in the product. Please refer to our product packaging for the full list of ingredients contained in our products.
