Prosciutto, Pumpkin and Green Pear Wrap

Enjoy this light and fresh prosciutto wrap, perfect or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 x Helga’s Traditional White wrap 

  • 12 slices prosciutto (150g) 

  • 250g roasted pumpkin 

  • 1 green pear thinly, sliced 

  • 1/2 radicchio lettuce, torn 

  • 100g baby green beans, blanched 

  • 100g manchego cheese, shaved 

  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard 

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 

  • Pepper and salt to taste 

Method

  1. Roast pumpkin and blanch green beans and set aside 
  2. To make the dressing, combine the extra-virgin olive oil and whole seeded mustard with a little salt and pepper, mix to combine then set aside. 
  3. Divide the ingredients and place each portion in the centre of the wrap 
  4. Top with 1/4 of the dressing 
  5. Fold up the bottom then roll the wrap.
