Ingredients
- Helga's Gluten Free White
- Green Goddess dressing
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Spinach
- Alfalfa sprouts
Method

Prep the bread: Spread green goddess dressing generously on the inside of both slices. Smash or fan avocado, sliced or smashed over the base slice and season with salt and black pepper.

Stack the greens: Layer cucumber, thinly sliced over the avocado, then pile on baby spinach. Finish with a generous tangle of alfalfa sprouts.

Assemble and serve: Press the top slice down firmly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
