Quick-fix: Fruit toast with banana and ricotta

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Helga’s Raisin Toast
  • 40g smooth ricotta
  • 30g seed mix
  • 1 banana sliced (on top of ricotta)
  • sprinkle with cinnamon

Method

  • Prepare and combine your quick-fix ingredients.
  • Add to a bowl or plate and enjoy.

 

Healthy Snacks

  • 1 slice of Helga's Prebiotic range of bread + 40g nut butter
  • 150g vegetables cut into sticks + 2tbsp nut butter or 40g Hummus Dip
  • 40g of most nuts
