Wheat flour, water, vegetable fat, sourdough (from fermented rye) (2%), wholemeal wheat flour, humectant (422), fermented wheat flour, vegetable emulsifiers (481, 471), wheat gluten, raising agents (500, 450, 341), iodised salt, acidity regulator (297), soy flour, stabiliser (412), vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).

Storage Suggestion
Helga’s suggests wraps be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened reseal pack and consume within 3 days.

Directions for Use
To help separate wraps, flex the pack to loosen before opening.
