Wholemeal wheat flour (minimum 45%), water, soy flour, vegetable fat, wheat protein, wheat gluten, wheat fibre, humectant (422), cultured dextrose, vegetable emulsifiers (481, 471), sugar, stabiliser (412), raising agents (500, 450, 341), acidity regulator (297), iodised salt, vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).

Storage Suggestion
Helga’s suggests wraps be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened reseal pack and consume within 3 days.

Directions for Use
To help separate wraps, flex the pack to loosen before opening.
